Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an off-site follow-up survey completed June 16, 2023, WVUHS Home Care, llc, was found to have corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiency was cited as a result of an on-site unannounced state re-licensure survey completed on April 21, 2023.
